For over 20 years, La Boussole in the Sainte-Cathérine borough has been the reference for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine with a preference for fish and all products from the sea. Vassilis Tsibidas who started his culinary career in 1974, takes excellent care where the choice and quality of his products is concerned. He also keeps one eye on the kitchen team whilst ensuring that his guests do not want for anything.
The daily suggestions reflect the seasons and the good catches at sea. And not just the products from the sea, there is also a good choice of meat dishes such as Black Angus beef, lam and veal dishes and fresh vegetables all prepared with typical southern flair and tastes.
Special attention has been given to an excellent wine choice featuring mainly French and Greek wines.
Vassilis Tsibidas welcomes his guests as friends from the moment you arrive till the final bill.
